Unfortunately, I have arrived to Bangkok yesterday morning and no bag . I have checked with EK staff many times to get the confirmation that , my bag is on the flight . They have confirmed so but the reality was totally opposite. I am here for business trip and I have several meetings . Imagin !!!!! Till this time , they are telling me that : bag not yet found .
