United Airlines flights from Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport to New Orleans (JNB - MSY)

Just a normal flight - all was just fine and reasonably comfortable given the physical limitations of flight - arrived safe and on time which are the important things. The only thing that could have been better - that was controllable - was the food - I am always amazed that it can get worse than it was before but United seems to have experts in this area and they should be commended on continuing to make the food worse when it seemed like it as as bad as it could get while using actual food as inputs. I'm guessing we are pretty close to rock bottom by now but United always seems be able to give that extra effort to eliminate that last little bit of remaining quality and taste. I would recommend that United stop having their accountants plan and prepare meals and snacks and let actual chefs, or at least cooks prepare them in the future.

Clear attendant at the Logan airport was awful. Rude and inconsiderate to everyone. Let every clear customer in front of every priority United customer. Usually they switch off groups but we were waiting 30 minutes when we were third from the front because every clear customer was let in front of us.

Everything was great. Even though the flight got delayed 10 minutes we arrived on time
