It was not good. The car they gave us sat so low to the ground that we couldn’t even back out of a driveway without the bottom getting scraped. Also the cost was substantially more than what Kayak said it would be, The woman at the front counter when we got there was very rude and pressuring us into paying $500 to get an upgraded vehicle even though we said no multiple times.

Very Good|Nov 2024

Overall a great rental experience HOWEVER, I am concerned about the brakes on this vehicle. Driving down Parley's Canyon from Park City to SLC was an unsafe experience. The brakes did not function properly and I had to drive very slowly in the right hand lane to avoid rear-ending someone as traffic slowed ahead of me. The braking action on this vehicle does not function properly. Everything else was great.
