I had a great time on the flight with good entertainment and food. The staff was awesome. The only thing was there was a delay in boarding and takeoff from London. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the airline sent an apology for the few later landing in Mumbai. They did not have WiFi on board on the leg from London to Mumbai but that was okay for me. On the first leg from SF to London, a couple of seats ahead of me had issues with their display so they could not watch anything on their screens although the stewardess gas be them an option to use the WiFi on their devices. This did not affect me, however, so that was cool. I would recommend British Airways. This was my first time flying with them and I had a lovely flight.

Food and presentation were excellent. Staff was very courteous. On time boarding, on time flight. Comfortable seats (lie flats) and clear announcements and updates.

Seats were comfortable for economy. Blanket and pillow provided, same as headphones. For some reason the uk plug wouldn’t charge and had to use the US charger. Also couldn’t use WiFi as keep saying BA club pw was wrong although it wasn’t: but minor things. Overall good flight and attentive crew.
