This was my first and definitely last experience with condor. Our flight was delayed for two and a half hours, the crew was extremely unprofessional and not helpful. We were told that our connecting flight that we missed due to condor being late will be rebooked, but that wasn’t the case. I was stranded at the Frankfurt airport with two kids for over 10 hours, no one with condor knew what they were doing or was willing to help, and condor crew that I talked to gave me conflicting and incorrect information. They finally rebooked us for the next day and sent us to a hotel to spend the night where we were given a two single bedroom for the three of us.

Airline charged me 25 euros for check in at the booth because I didn't check in online. Sad thing is that I couldn't check in online because I don't know German and there were no other available languages for check in. This was an international flight to the US. They should offer check in in English! The flight was late, It was very hot in the boarding area. Food was awful and the drinks were not served often enough. Flight attendants were indifferent to the needs of passengers. I don't recommend Condor.

Plane 2 hours delayed, airport staff at punta cana would not let us into the departure area until the airline opened check in process even when we had boarding passes issued from origin airport; condor’s ground/office staff was very helpful
