The address listed is incorrect. We wasted $50 on an uber bc of this! The incorrect info was put on our check out but wasn’t notified of this until we were already on the plane. The check out mileage was listed as 3 and that we returned the car 4 days later with almost 80k miles. (Doesn’t even make sense). Also we returned the car with more gas than it had when we checked out and on the check out paper work it said that we didn’t return it on full. It wasn’t even on half of a tank when we picked it up?! Never again!

Please do not use America Car Rental. They are thieves in disguise. After I had already prepaid insurance coverage, upon arrival, they required me to purchase another insurance that they claimed I needed in order to drive the car in the DR, after I got the initial receipt it stated that it was an add on and not required. So I ended up paying for two different insurance coverages. Upon check out, I got a notification that they charged my credit card $1222.15 and not the $117.95 as agreed for the additional insurance. And I told them. They said: “no worries that will be fixed”. So, we came back to the US, and every time I reached out to them all they said was that they are working on getting a status from their finance department. As you can imagine, I disputed the amount and finally thanks to my bank I got the money back in the account. They didn’t care to tell me the money was going back in the account. The arrogant attitude of Yeiser Joan Feliz Feliz at the front desk could be better. He thinks he is perfect and throughout the whole experience he was condescending to us. He thinks he knows more than everyone else and he is always right. And because of that arrogant attitude he made the mistake of charging me 1k + more or was it on purpose to see if they can get away with it ? ? ? Who knows how many more people are going through what have gone through. If you don’t want to go through what I am going through, please use another rental car company.

They are a great rental company. Just be aware do not purchase insurance through website as they do not except third party insurance. You have to book insurance through them on first day of renting car. Great cars available.
