They cheated me out of at least $1500 on what was to be a $800 total rental. A total scam. I will be filing a claim with Kayak, Sixt and never use this reservation service again.

Long story short, I’ve been screwed over twice by this company. Once I paid in full, but wasn’t able to get my money back because I paid in full. I had an emergency surgery that prevented me from traveling. I wasn’t able to get my money back even with a surgeons note. The previous experience, I reserved two SUV’s to accommodate my family. Only one was available. We had to wait over 24 hours to get a vehicle that would accommodate us. If you pay in full, there’s no way of getting your money back should you need to cancel. If you reserve a car, you may have the size car you requested. I wouldn’t recommend this company without travel insurance.

The car was great. I think that you should highlight that insurance will be extra and required, so that we know the true cost beforehand. In addition, the gentleman checking us in did not tell us that adding an extra driver would be extra even when he knew that we didn't really plan on using the extra driver. Finally, the return location at the Cork airport could be labeled better.

I switched to an automatic about hale way through the rental period, That change was facilitated in great time. I did not appreciate the up front charge of 5K which I could not cover so I was made to pay $500 out of pocket instead. Ridiculous policy.

Second rental apr 14-24 First rental apr 13-14 Note: due to are Aer Lingus technical issue I had to extend front end of rental. Your folks could NOT combine the two contracts( same car both times) , so returning first car and picking up second caused me much inconvenience and cost. Calls to youre offices pre rental went unanswered. Both contracts were done on your websites / other with youre authorized third party. No solutions were offered when your representatives were appraised of the situation E Pieterse

Customer service was excellent. Pick-up and Drop-off was very easy. Car was clean and good condition. I went to a wrong terminal without reading the instructions. Read instructions carefully and just be mindful which terminal the car is located and go to the right terminal. Then all will be well. Very easy. West wishes

Generally good, friendly staff and efficient. Only real issue was that we couldn't use our CDW waiver with credit card coverage since: a) it required a very large authorization on the card (€5000, I think) which was rejected for security reasons, and b) there's a fee to do this! Never seen this issue before but I think it's avoidable via the aggregators. Car itself was good. Had more nicks and scratches at pickup than average but that's not a problem for us. Overall a good experience, just a bit pricy for a one day rental once all the added fees are taken into account.
