My plane was 4 hours delayed I was meant to pick up the car at 1:00 p.m. and Green motion-rented my car so I did not have another car they told me that the contract was nol on void

They did not provide me with the same van size I booked. They offered me narrower car, At the end they offered me manual 9 passenger van which is too big for me, and charge me extra 450 pounds and 400 deposit.

This was the absolute worst rental experience I’ve ever had. First, it took 45 minutes to get them to send a vehicle to pick us up at the airport. Once they finally started the process of signing the rental agreement, I was told that they could not rent me a vehicle due to my being in the military. The ladies working the desk said that their insurance did not cover rentals to government workers, police, military, or celebrities. This is the exact verbiage used. We were told that we would get a refund but they would not rent us the vehicle. We had to go back to the rental car facility at the airport and rent a car at the desk. This ended up costing about 3x what I was going to pay with Green Motion. We ended up losing a half day of our vacation dealing with this.
