Overall good. However I tried to pay the insurance at the time of booking when it would have been $13 but for no apparent reason that bit just didn't go through and then it was $37 at the airport for the exact same cover. Hence the score for value for money.

I have rented a from the a few times now. They are a little farther out of the way compared to the immediate rentals from the airport, but they provide a shuttle service and they are cheaper than most. The car was very clean and new, they even gave us a complimentary upgrade. They were also very flexible with us extending our rental by another day after we had picked up the vehicle. Will rent again.

Every every bad experience no good customer service extra charge. The price that kayak shows it’s not the same. I was booked for $99 but at the end I paid $149 . I can get even better price at inside the airport without too much wait to drop off to airport. A lot of restrictions on mileage. Even though it was unlimited mileage written on the car rental agreement. Charge extra too much headache. I never will book again from this rental.

We rented one car and got a smaller one then drop off which was chosen online was not available on the day we went to drop it off and had no drop box to leave the car. No one was available with the number there to call and the online number from confirmation was no help at all. Thank goodness to the man who runs the garage next door showing up and helped up.

We never got the car. Even though it said my total was 260 when I got to the counter the agent at first said they didn’t have any cars and then said there is a fee of about $200 to drop off in Windsor. My orignal itinerary said pick up yyz and drop off at Windsor airport so I’m not sure why the up charge.
