To whom it concerns, There was a problem with my booking as my Dutch name "Henk Pieper" was mentioned there by mistake. My documents refer to me as "Avraham Pieper" everything else was in order. The Lithuanian person (I don't recall his name) at the Europecar desk 21:00 NL time was not willing to help. He just said sorry sir but this is company policy you can not have the car. I tried calling the UK number for help but was put endlessly in the waiting que. I was forced to rent an additional car at addional expenses at Sixt as the Lituanian guy couldn't rent me another car as none was available (mine was!!!) This is the worse case of customer service I have experienced in a long time of travelling and expect for proper action to be taken. Looking forward to your prompt reply. Regards Avraham (Henk) Pieper
