Excellent pickup location. Pick up provide no assistance in locating the car in huge lot. Absolutely no review of new vehicle controls, equipment and safety features. Could not operate cruise control safely, could not locate gas panel release for filling. No delivery of vehicle to customer after long day of travel. Safety and comfort of customer driving a brand vehicle of no concern to rental agent.

I wanted a full size SUV as I have PTSD from an earlier accident I was in and cannot be in a smaller vehicle. I did not get the vehicle I reserved and the vehicle I got was smaller than I wanted. After I started my journey the reduce oil level light came on. It took well over an hour to get someone on the phone then when she answered I was mysteriously cut off. I tried to open the hood with no luck. I googled how to open the hood and still could not get it open. Later on I was in snowy conditions and I ran out and windshield was so messy I had a very scary ride. I stopped at a garage and they couldn’t open the hood either to check the oil and fill the washer fluid. To top it off the wipers made the most awful noise as they skipped across the windshield. The wonderful young man working for you did discount my rental but this did not change the horrible experience I had worrying about the engine oil light repeatedly coming on. And not being able to see driving at night with no washer fluid in a snow storm. I’m sorry to say the car ruined my experience.

Co-operative and helpful staff; Easy pick-up and drop-off; long operating hours. Overall a good experience.

If the company had a policy of showing 2 government id’s with pictures then that should be announced clearly in all communications before we go to pick the car ( having it on a piece of paper on the wall printed by staff is not enough) . so we don’t end up having arguments between staff and customers . when I picked the car the staff were Impolite and unprofessional.

They would not rent us a car thank you we learnt a lesson on renting

Nothing did not use as booked standard SUV and all they had was an electric vehicle which would not work for us.

Hertz didn't have the minivan we wanted. They tried to contact us but you didn't provide contact information for them. They "upgraded" us to a giant SUV we didn't want, which wasn't even available. In the end we rented a Tesla instead. The whole thing was a colossal mess. I'm never renting through you again.

Customer service was very poor and disappointed. I have never seen so poor behave before like experienced this time with hertz.

Firstly they refused to rent the car I had already paid because it’s was gonna be more expensive but refused to let me make my own decision and of course upgrade my rent with 3 times more the original price, and when returned, I make sure I asked if everything was ok and they say yes, a day later a 27 fee was charge for a extra day that I ask if everything was ok I would keep it until last minute because I had to wait in the airport for 6 more hours for my fly but when upgraded my car they added an extra day because I supposed to get my car at 3 pm and I did not got one until almost 7 pm !
