They offered the wrong vehicle class to begin with, and then charged me 9500 SEK for damage that I was not responsible for but cant prove that I wasn't. To be honest, it could not be a worse experience to be slapped with a 9500 SEK fee for nothing. Especially as the advertised booking at KAYAK suggested insurance was included. Very poor experience.

A very funky walk down to the cars in the sublevels at this location (Stockholm SHeraton) But the staff were very accommodating when I needed to downsize the car. We will see how the bill reflects everything.
