|Jul 2023Had a bad experience with the Rental Car Got stuck the first day- Car would not go into Reverse or Drive & had to be pushed out of traffic Managed to get going after 1/2 hour -Called Hertz support who told me to call again if it happens again. 1 hr later the same issue when trying tp park & had to be pushed out of the road traffic. Called Hertz support again -after a long while if was given a different code and this appeared to solve the problem. A few days later I was parked in Haifa. The car started fine but as soon as I put in in gear it cut out I tried a few times without success & some people also tried to help. After leaving the car for about 1/2 hour we managed to start the car . A week later in Natanya, the same issue. Car started fine but cut out when put into gear. My wife went to call Hertz again but in the meantime after many tries I got the car started again. I would also like to mention that the warning on the dash kept showing car 2000 KM over due service.

|Apr 2023Only thing was not able to call anyone on arrival for instruction where is the office. For the past server years that we rented, the office moved, but in the past a phone number was available. this time, the call ended with message: offices are closed. Please provide a clear direction upon confirmation where the office is.

|Nov 2022We were very disappointed that having paid for the car has external damage, a dirty interior, and a driver's side tire constantly out of air. Very doubted using this company next time.

|Aug 2022They charged us 250 sheckles bc the inside if the car had not been vacuumed.....absurd. It took about 1.5 hs to get the car at the airport. Not very happy with the service.

|May 2022First, lack of employees at the arrival counter! Come on, an International Airport and Sixt has only ONE representative to help customers. It took me over half an hour to be served. Car itself was good, with no issues issues. The main issue is that Sixt is trying to switch the currency that I booked under. I used Kayak Canada, which shows the prices that I'm paying in Canadian dollars. Well, after I booked and confirmed, Sixt is trying to charge me in US dollars!! That's almost a 30 % difference!! When I returned the car, at a different location, to 122 HaYarkon St., Tel Aviv and alerted the Manager Lior ( one of the nastiest and rudest representatives that I've ever met!!) He couldn't have care less!! Blew me off like I was a nobody!! I'll be stopping payment on the car rental till this is scam is sorted out!! All I can say is: RENTER BE WARE!!

|Jul 2023Car condition terrible scratched and in bad shape. Returning the car was terrible as no one at the gate to open and when you call (3 times) they get shirty and keep saying a few more seconds finally arrived 15-20 mins later.’ Unfortunately it’s not allot better with other Israeli car rental companies. Maybe they need to train the staff what customer service should be like
