I am very disappointed with sixt and will never rent from them again. They didn’t have the vehicles I booked. They overcharged for insurance and then gave me a car with 100 documented damages and finally when I returned the vehicle, claimed new damages that didn’t exist. Extremely disappointed

Budget location was closed for the summer, I was not notified by anyone after making my booking in January 2023. Showed up and was unable to get a car. Had to pay hundreds of euros extras to book a flight and different rental car. Will never use this service again.

While the rental counters are not in the terminal they are located directly across the street from the terminal. The facilities are fine and it is easy to leave the airport once you have picked up your car. Returning your car is equally hassle free.
