Roy from the pick-up in Eindhoven airport was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure I can pick up the rental even if my flight got delayed (which it did).

The service at the desk was excellent. All my questions and requests were resolved promptly with a great attitude. I felt very fortunate to interact with someone that was making a real effort to understand my needs and quickly offer solutions. The experience was a good way to start the weekend, I would highly recommend Sixt and the staff there to anyone.

The speediest car pick up I have had. I have rented in other countries with other companies that can sometimes take over 1 hour, this was 15 mins max.

Inform in advance of the amount of deposit required for rental, provide alternatives that are cost efficient.
