One of the worst experiences ever, they scammed me and took a full coverage insurance of 1240 TL, then they took again 1000 TL, I called the customer service, they told me they can't see it in the system, obviously a money scam, I called again and again until I reached the guy I dealed with, he said yes you agreed to that, which is a lie. It was just a scam from the guy. And the service was terrible at the start I had to walk 300 meter with my luggage!! Terrible service.
