|Jul 2025THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AND I NEVER RECEIVED A CAR. THE NASTY LADY AT THE COUNTER IN FLORIDA SAID THEY WERE ALL OUT IF CARS AND I DID NOT HAVE A RESERVE ON ONE. PLEASE CALL ME AT (412)915-2645. I DEFINATELY NEED TO DISCUSS THIS WITH YOU. LUCILLE HERNDON 314 WAADDELL AVENUE CLAIRTON, PA 15025

|May 2023What I didn’t like was the fact that the place I rented from LOOKED like it was at the airport, but it wasn’t. Never traveled to that airport before and the place I actually rented from was in the town of Sanford and closed by the time I landed at 5:15pm. Had to pay 3 times more for the week which I find outrageously high… regardless. I may not rent again from Hertz.

|Apr 2023When i searched for cars, I searched for pick-up specifically at the MCO airport. When we arrived, we were told they were sold out and that our reservation was for A DIFFERENT AIRPORT so we spent $150 and time we didn't have taking a taxi to the other airport.

|Apr 2023All good except that the all inclusive tolls feature wasn't explained well at pick-up. Thought we would be billed for tolls, instead billed 12,99 per day for a total of $139. Complained to Budget and they credited $100 but it was not handled well at pick-up.

|Mar 2023Location was off airport so had to taxi three miles both ways. Car was smoked in previously. Rental facility was a little sketchy. Price was worth it.

|Jan 2022Checkout quick and easy when we finally found the counter. Orlando International has a consolidated rental car desk but it’s in a completely different building. A simple text/email could’ve prevented a lot of walking with luggage.
