Cheap Car Hire in 1st arrondissement, Paris

I was disappointed that my car was 3/4 filled when I got it. the check in people told me it was full , the car pick up guy told me it was 3/4. I was told to take pictures and I did. Returning it , it's impossible to fill just 3/4 tank , so I had to full a full tank. Very disappointed !!! I returned after hours since they closed at 1pm. I overpaid!!!

The price online does not reflect to real payment

The advertised car didn’t match the confirmation. The advertised car says gasoline but in small print the confirmed car is electric. Tried to charge me three hundred dollars more for a gasoline car rental. Then opted to offer me a FILTHY car for $200 more. (What could I do? I needed a car!) The car was more damaged than was listed. I told them before I even opened the drivers side door. Next thing I know, I’m accused of damaging it. I was handed the keys two minutes before and immediately walked inside and told them about the damage. They still sent me a inquiry from corporate requesting I inform them how the damage happened as if It happened while I had the vehicle. I filed the damage report with corporate, claiming I didn’t damage it which took hours out of my vacation. Then when I turned it in, I took photos and a video showing it was not damaged. (It was a key drop box). I parked it away from other cars and videoed the whole thing. Next thing I know, I was accused of damaging it again! They said I scuffed the drivers side bumper to the primer. Impossible as we were driving in the country side and there weren’t even curbs to scuff on. Long story short, DO NOT rent from this location. They will do anything they can to make you pay for cars they don’t have, damages you didn’t do, and anything else they can get away with.
